Digital Development Manager 6 months (paternity cover)

In this role you will play a crucial role as we invest in the performance of our websites to meet Minds visitors’ needs.

Specificallly you will

1. Lead the development of the Mind website, working with the Digital Insight manager to ensure that its development is driven by strategic objectives, led by user need and is evidence based.

2. Lead the Digital Platforms team, delivering a well organised and productive culture and maintaining a high functioning, motivated team with strong professional development and wellbeing plans.

3. Manage supplier relationships, making sure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to consistently high quality standards.

4. Deliver all downstream activities for Mind’s websites, ensuring they deliver measurable impact and high quality user outcomes.

Key Requirements

1. A proven track record of delivering measurable customer/user value through digital delivery, especially in websites and community platforms.
2. Expert knowledge of best in class web and app technologies.
3. Significant experience of managing an external digital agency through agile delivery of a backlog of change.
4. A strong commitment to managing a team equitably, respecting difference and promoting wellbeing and professional development.
5. Ability to influence key stakeholders through interpersonal skills and verbal / written communication.
