1. Privacy Policy

Who is holding your data?  Patrick's List is a subsiduary of recruitment company www.beringertame.com which is regestered as a data holder with ico.org.uk (which is the office of the UK Information Commission). We have rules that cover the use and security of data which we have to follow.  Your data is held securely, only used for the purpose intended and you have the right to be forgotten/removed any time you like.

Who sees your data?  You have given us your data to help you find a job so that's the only way we will use it.  If an organistion is hiring a role, we will share your data with recruitment/HR representatives or hiring managers. We wont seek your permission each time we do this. We allow hiring managers to browse profiles and invite them to make direct contact with you if they choose to do so.  We ask these organisations to agree to only use the data we share for the specific purpose of hiring and not to hold or keep data. We also ask them to treat your data as confidential and private.

Can I be deleted?  Yes. You can actually do this yourself from your account but you can email us to exercise your right to be forgotten. Email cv@beringertame.com.

CANDIDATES

Patricks List is not an employer or intermediary, we are an enhanced advertising platform. Any commercial relationship will be agreed directly between you and the company who hire you.  

Notification & Disclosure - By using this service, you agree to notify us of any work that you have secured as a result of our service and disclose all pay that you receive.

CLIENTS:

Patricks List is not an employer or intermediary, we are an enhanced advertising platform. Any commerical relationship will be agree directly between you and the candidate you hire and Patricks List accept no liablity for the actions of candidates. 

Notification & Disclosure - By using this service, you agree to notify us of any hires you make as a result of our service and disclose the nature of a contract and all money paid to a candidate along with evidence to allow us to accurately calculate fees.  You agree that candidates will initially be contacted via the Patricks List website.

Fees:

By using our service, you agree to pay Patricks List a fees as follows: 

Sign up fee: £500.  

Success Fee: 10%

 - For a non-permanent hire, a fee equal to 10% of all money paid to the candidate.

 - For a permanent hire, a fee equal to 10% of the expected annual salary.

NOTE: If a candidate moves from non-permanent status to permanent status, a full 10% placement fee will be charged regardless of any fees paid prior to that date. 

Payment terms: Invoices will be raised at the end of the calandar month in which work took place and should be paid within 14 days. 

Contract Coverage: Candidates that have been accessed via Patrick's List are covered by these terms for a period or 12 months following the date of introdution or last contact. To be free or terms, a candidate must have no contact with, or do work for, the client company/subsiduary for 12 months. 

Data Protection:

All candidate data is to be treated as confidential in the usual understanding of that term. 

Data should only be viewed by those people involved with the recruitment process, only used for the purpose intended and deleted at the end of the process.
